The restaurant had outstanding meals.

The breakfast was nice hot for hot drinks and reasonably priced. We had the double room and it was brand-new and complete with coffee, hot drinks, as example. The location was comfortable and...  

The pool was lovely and warm, while the room had a worn mattress.

The staff at the bar and gymnasium were very helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

The receptionist during check-in was not very helpful. The food ordered from the 24hr menu was cold when it turned up and tasted awful. Stay away from the same.

the location was peaceful, for example, a bucolic park was within walking distance of the hotel. the breakfast was adequate and the room was air-conditioned.

Nothing to dislike.

Friendly, knowledgable reception staff. Car essential for location, but easy access to major road networks.

I had an amazing stay where the super comfy bed and the large TV made for a great cozy night. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding. The only downside was that my room could've used a quick tidy up but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

It was convenient for the A1 and also Huntingdon station so we could travel to London. It was tidy and well presented and a location for business meetings.

The restaurant is a bit bare and uninviting. not ideal for business dinners and breakfast was OK but could have been a little better presented. Staff were obliging though that compensated.

Air conditioning in the room struggled to cool things down, leaving it uncomfortably hot. I hit a snag with room service when I tried to order an item that was out of stock, and the room phone was out of commission, forcing me to trek to reception to notify them. My requests for a ground floor room with a mini fridge went unfulfilled, and I ended up on the first floor instead-with no fridge until multiple calls got one delivered. The in-room meal ordering app was clunky and limited, with connectivity issues, which turned meal planning into a chore. Not to mention those automatic service charges at the bar. A little presumptive if you ask me.
